Fusion, shaped to your work

For teams that want Tempest 1 tuned to their traffic and a person to talk to. We list only what we offer today, and we mark the rest as roadmap.

Available now

What you get

Dedicated spend caps

Caps set with you per key and per team, sized to your volume, with a person to raise them when a launch needs it.

Priority access to new lanes

When a new model joins the panel or a new merge leaves the lab, you are among the first to use it.

Custom routing and lenses

Tune which prompts fuse, which lenses draft, and which models sit in your panel, so the pipeline matches the shape of your traffic.

Invoiced billing

Monthly invoices by arrangement, on the same per-token rates, with every draft visible in the reasoning stream.

Security review answers

Send us your questionnaire. We answer it plainly, including the parts where the answer is "not yet".

A direct line

You talk to the people who built the router. No ticket queue between you and the answer.

On the roadmap

Not yet, and we say so

These are planned. None is available today, and we will not tell a procurement team otherwise.

Data

Your prompts are not our dataset

We do not train on API traffic. Request content is not stored beyond short-lived caches, measured in hours. Billing logs keep the model, token counts, cost and timing.

How it starts

Three steps

Step 1

Tell us the workload

Write to sales@failure.fail with what you are building, the volume you expect, and anything your security team needs answered.

Step 2

Shape the panel

We agree caps, routing and lens configuration with you, and issue invite keys for your team's Failure ID accounts.

Step 3

Ship

Your team creates keys in the console and points an OpenAI SDK at the Tempest base URL.

Talk to the lab

We read every message ourselves.
